Adaptive Mindfulness & Yoga
Brave Yoga For All will be holding a one day interactive course at Southboro Wellness on June 29, 2019 from 9am-2pm. In this course participants (parents and professionals) will understand the benefits of using yoga and mindfulness as a modality for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
